1. How can I exchange an item I purchased online or in-store?
Items purchased from Trainstation can be exchanged within 1 month at the store, as long as they are in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, box if available, and accompanied by the original receipt. Sale items can be exchanged within 1 week of purchase at the store, at the sale price. No refunds or store credit are offered at this time. 2. How long does delivery take?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email with confirmation and tracking information. Domestic delivery within Lebanon usually takes up to 5 business days, depending on your location.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order free of charge within 2 hours of placing it by sending us a whatsap on +9613322105 with your order number. Once your order is being prepared or has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. You may, however, exchange the item once received, within our exchange policy.
4. Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not offer international shipping at the moment.
5. How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. You can use this to follow the status of your delivery through the courier’s website.
6. What are your accepted payment methods?

7. I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Please allow up to 24 hours for your order confirmation email to arrive. If you still haven’t received it, check your spam folder or contact us directly on +9613322105
8. Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
Yes! We offer complimentary Trainstation gift bag upon request. Please mention this in the notes section at checkout or contact us after placing your order.
9. I received an item with a defect. What should I do?
We’re very sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us by whatsap on +9613322105 with your order number and photos of the product. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
10. Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?
